Current order timeline

Orders are reviewed and processed in 1–2 business days, printed to order in 3–4 business days, and normally spend approximately 2–5 business days in USPS transit after carrier acceptance. A typical order therefore arrives approximately 6–11 business days after it is placed. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Help us solve it faster

• Order question: order number, purchaser name, and email used at checkout.
• Address, size, or cancellation request: the exact change requested. Contact us within 6 hours after payment; later changes are not guaranteed.
• Damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong item: order number, a specific description, a full-garment photo, a close photo or video of the issue, and the shipping-label/package photo if relevant.
• Tracking question: order number and tracking number.
• Privacy request: use the subject “Privacy Request,” describe the request, and state your country and, if relevant, state of residence.

Please keep one issue in one email thread. Duplicate messages across multiple threads can slow identification and review.

Before sending a return

Contact us first. The business contact address below is not automatically the correct parcel-return address. After reviewing your request, we will provide written instructions and any applicable return address. Sending a parcel without authorization may delay or prevent it from being matched to your order.

Keep sensitive information private

Do not send a complete card number, card security code, account password, or unnecessary identity document by email or WhatsApp. We will never ask you to send your card security code through support.
